The main features of ORMIG electric pick and carry cranes are their small size and high capacities. They can operate easily indoors and in any environment where a moving capacity is required: machine tools, presses, bridge cranes, tanks, and work centers in the various manufacturing sectors are the main loads lifted, handled and positioned by this type of crane.
All ORMIG cranes are equipped with four points of support on the ground, even in complete steering, in order to make the vehicle safe and stable in every maneuver and type of surface.
The range of indoor electric cranes is characterized by particularly compact dimensions, with widths starting from 184 cm and always under 244 cm. Always maintaining four points of support on the ground, they also have the capacity to rotate on themselves, like a compass, so as to have the minimum possible turning radius and great agility indoors.
All the cabin cranes are also designed and equipped to be homologated for road circulation and comply with the Machine Directive certification with “CE” marking and with DIN 15019.2 standard.
Their low noise levels and zero emissions as all-electric machines make them perfect for working in industrial environments that are more sensitive to these factors, always guaranteeing a full day’s work on one battery charge.
The display, in all ORMIG cranes, contains all the information relative to the indication of the load applied and the instrumentation for the complete display of the electric motors and relative electronic units, the position of the rear wheels and the steering angle in percentage. In addition, there is the display of all the inputs/outputs and analog quantities relating to the operation of the machine in order to allow the operator at all times the complete self-diagnostics of the machine.
